When it comes to leadership selection, many things can be said. When you are looking for a future leader there are some characteristics, or traits, to look for to improve your chances of finding a good teamleader, manager or what it is you are on the lookout for in your leadership selection.

Get somebody that has a strong sense of the bigger scheme, who sees meaning, who abides by a vision. Who can then share visions, small and big, with others.
